OFFICE RESPONSE & CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19
We have made the tough decision to turn our offices into satellite offices until the end of March or as further instructed by the government.
This is in line with the county government’s message today.
Please read every one of the items below.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
OFFICE STAFF & FACILITIES
1. All employees (staff & agent’s assistants) will not be active at this moment. Only limited staff will be active during this period to ensure smooth & continued operation of the brokerage.
2. You will still have FULL access to the offices 24/7, bring your passpoint card/key to access the offices.
MARKETING & DESIGN
1. Marketing orders that require printing & design are stopped until further notice. Hence, there will be no design request & service available.
2. Online marketing order is available. Please utilize your Wechat support Group or email marketing@remax2000ca.
ACCOUNTING, CLOSING CHECKS & BROKER SIGNATURE
1. For mailing of Closing Packages, please instruct your escrow to send all closing packages to our main office at Rowland Heights.

2. Submit your closing the usual way in RH office preferably every Monday & Wednesday because the checks will be processed every Tuesdays & Thursdays only. Once you have submitted your closing, you must notify us via the accounting@remax2000ca.com
3. To pick up checks, RH agents will need to check your mailbox in RH office. For ONT & HH agents, there will be a pickup box on Anita’s desk in RH office to pick up your checks when it is ready.
4. If you require broker’s signature on documents, please send it via E-Signature (Docusign, CAR e-sign, Digisign from Skyslope) and use this email; accounting@remax2000ca.
FRONTDESK
1. For RH, HH & ONT front desk request, please contact front desk via frontdesk@remax2000ca.com.
2. Please note that NO personal packaged deliveries such as Amazon Packages will be accepted at the front desk at this moment, please have packages sent to your own address.
3. For Closing Packages, please instruct your escrow to send all closing packages to our main office at Rowland Heights.

A Note from Kuan
At this time, I will be streaming training sessions via Zoom on Mondays. The link will for the training be forwarded to everyone in Wechat & email. This temporary setback is creating an opportunity for the next real estate growth. The training & online meeting will be more frequent with different topics focused on helping everyone in building lead pipeline and listing inventory when the market returns to normal. Our goal is to push everyone to integrate their marketing online and offline with the one-stop support group still operating. These services and help will be encouraged through our VA staff, to assist every agent to adapt & assimilate. For now, Printing service will stop pending it is a nonessential business and most likely will be halted by Government soon. You will be expecting calls and individual WeChat messages every day or every other day to ensure continued support for agents. It is the best time for everyone to learn and utilize the advantage of our VA service. This is not a normal time. With your unconventional effort and creativity, you & every one of you can easily use this period to build your database fundamentals & sharpen your sales skill & leap into the next level. Every time, when we encounter challenges, we grow even more. Be ready for the explosive growth after this pandemic is over. Make sure you are ready when the time comes.
